Order your duty free online and collect your goods at any international airport in New Zealand - either on departure or on arrival. Please note that your duty free purchase will need to be collected at the airport where your international flight arrives at or departs from.

Make your purchase through any of our duty free stores or over the phone (0800 829 373) or through this website. Your purchase can then be collected at any of our airport stores in New Zealand or from our duty free collection facilities at Auckland or Christchurch airports. Orders over $50 are delivered free of charge. A $6 delivery fee applies to orders under $50.

Please note that your purchase needs to be collected at the airport where your international flight departs from or arrives at. Departure and Arrival Duty Free orders for a trip can not be combined and must be placed as two separate orders. Up to two business days (Mon -Fri) may be required to organise pre-orders.
