As a Frequent Buyer Club member, you will qualify for a 5% discount* on all purchases made at our airport stores and a 20% discount* on duty free alcohol, fragrance and cosmetics purchased online through this website or through our 0800 TAX FREE phone order service. Our call centre is open between 9am and 5pm from Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays).
Simply fill out the online enrolment form to join up. On registration, you will be able to print off a Frequent Buyer Club card straight away. If you provide us with a valid email address, your membership number will also be emailed to you as soon as it is processed. You will then be able to use your membership number immediately to get your discounts. Alternatively, call 0800 TAX FREE to get a form mailed to your address.
